Cara’s journey in business began at five years old around her family kitchen table. By eight, she had created her first business, and at 15 she established her first profitable venture in hospitality.
As a second-generation family enterprise leader, Cara has first-hand experience of building, scaling and evolving businesses across generations.

Cara disrupted the healthcare industry by creating Ireland’s first Lifestyle Care Home, recognised by the IoD Chair as a “world-class concept”.

Cara created her first business, beginning a lifelong journey in entrepreneurship.

As second generation within her family enterprise, Cara helped grow the business from 200 employees to over 600 across hospitality, property, investment and care.
